About this policy
OzWebBuilders ("we", "us", or "our") provides the Circuit Garden mobile game.
Information handled by the app
Circuit Garden does not require an account. We do not ask players to provide a name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, financial information, or health information. Game progress and settings are stored locally on the player's device.
Google Play Games (optional)
Players may choose to sign in with Google Play Games. If they do, the game uses Google Play Games Services to:
- show the player's Play Games display name and profile on leaderboards;
- record leaderboard scores (stars, fewest moves, fastest time) and achievements; and
- save game progress (unlocked levels and best star ratings) to the cloud so it can be restored on another device.
This information is stored and processed by Google under the player's Google account and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive the player's name or email address, and we do not operate our own servers for this data. Signing in is optional; the game is fully playable without it.
Advertising
Circuit Garden uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertising. Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share:
- approximate location inferred from an IP address;
- app interactions, such as app launches, taps, and ad or video views;
- diagnostic information about the app and advertising SDK; and
- device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where available.
This information may be used for advertising or marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the game shows a Google-provided consent form before ads are personalised, and players can review that choice again from the Settings screen.
In-app purchases
Optional in-app purchases (such as tool packs, life refills, and removing ads) are processed by Google Play. Payment details are handled entirely by Google Play; we never see or store card or account numbers. We receive only confirmation that a purchase completed so the item can be delivered.

Advertising choices
Players can manage or delete their Android advertising ID through their device's privacy or advertising settings. Depending on the player's location, Google or the app may also provide controls for advertising consent and personalisation.
Children's privacy
Circuit Garden is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can investigate.
Data retention and deletion
OzWebBuilders does not operate player accounts or store gameplay data on its own servers. Local game progress can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Play Games leaderboard, achievement, and cloud-save data can be managed or deleted through the Google Play Games app or your Google Account settings. Information handled by Google Mobile Ads is retained and deleted according to Google's policies and user advertising controls.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the app and limit its data handling. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when it was last updated.
